Who can use Karyad

Karyad is for adults 18 and older who have experienced the loss of a pet. By using Karyad, you confirm you meet these criteria.

What Karyad is

Karyad is a grief companionship tool grounded in Continuing Bonds Theory. It is not therapy, not a medical product, and not a crisis service. It is not a replacement for professional mental health support.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Please do not share your login details.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day refund on your first payment — email support@karyad.com.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to use Karyad in ways that could harm yourself or others. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service.

Limitation of liability

Karyad is provided as-is. We are not liable for any emotional distress arising from use of the service. If you are in crisis, please contact crisis support: 988.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect.
